In an initial hypnotherapy session I’ll help you look at the blocks that are stopping you from doing whatever it is you want to do. Maybe you’re scared – you think that if you try you’ll find out you can’t do it. Or you need support from friends and family but you’re reluctant to ask. Or perhaps you think you don’t deserve to reach your goal. Whatever it is, we can work together with the aid of hypnosis to give you the self-belief you need to get started.
Once you get going, if it’s something you really want to do, you’ll quickly find the momentum builds and you’ll keep making unstoppable progress towards your goal. You probably won’t win the Booker prize, get a recording contract or break a world record, but you will get a great sense of personal pride and achievement.
